Shipping policy

Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes. We don’t ship internationally yet.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time
After processing, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Our products ship from our fulfillment partners, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Holiday orders
During the holiday season carriers are busier and deliveries can take a few extra days. Order early to make sure your gift arrives in time.

Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after your order ships.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you made a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact support@duskmode.store and we’ll reship it or refund you in full.
